Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, language preference stored locally.
We collect neither health data nor optical prescriptions through this website.
2. Purposes
Processing and delivering your orders, handling returns and customer care, preventing fraud, and — with your consent — sending you news and launches.
3. Payment and processors
Payments are handled by our e-commerce provider and its payment partners: we never have access to your full card number.
Our processors (hosting, logistics, transactional email) only access the data required for their task.
4. Retention
Order data: statutory accounting retention period. Marketing data: until you withdraw consent. Technical data: 13 months maximum.
